How a deal works

We identify properties where the land supports a new luxury home and reach out to the owner.
Evaluate
We review lot size, comparable new-construction sales, and site conditions, then make a written offer.
Contract
The owner signs a purchase agreement. We present the site to our network of builders and investors.
Close
A closing attorney or title company handles title and funds. The owner is paid at closing and the builder takes the site.
